Multilayer Extruder Screen Packs

Multilayer extruder screen packs consist of multiple types of wire mesh cut into required shapes and sizes, then precisely assembled and spot-welded together into integrated multilayer packs.

Multilayer screen packs feature high structural strength and rigidity, ensuring stable and trouble-free extrusion processing. They are pre-assembled in standard order to avoid manual operation errors. The packs effectively block foreign particles in molten materials from passing through the extrusion flow, making them ideal for fine extrusion and delivering cleaner, purer extrusion output.

Our extruder screen packs are mainly manufactured from high-quality SS304, SS304L and SS316 stainless steel mesh. Mesh ranges from 4 mesh to 500 mesh, with filtration precision down to 5 microns, widely serving the plastic and rubber industries. Edge options include plain spot-welded edges and spot-welded screens with aluminum outer framing.
