Single-Layer Extruder Screens

They are primarily applied in extruded profile and blown film industries, ideal for scenarios with low raw material contamination and relatively low pressure at the extruder head.

Multi-Layer Extruder Screens

Multiple single-layer mesh discs are precisely assembled and spot-welded into an integrated multi-layer unit, available with or without edge selvage.

Multi-layer extruder screens are designed for fine and ultra-thin extrusion processes, effectively blocking foreign particle contamination and ensuring purer, cleaner extrusion output.
