Continuous belt extruder screens are stainless steel filter belts adopting reverse Dutch weave structure. As an innovative upgrade of conventional extruder screens, they are specially designed to filter impurities from molten plastic.

Matched with automatic screen changers, the continuous belt filter system enables uninterrupted continuous production with high-efficiency filtration performance. It is widely applied in cast film, blown film production and other plastic melt filtration processes.

Applications
