Extruder Screen Filter Discs

Extruder screen filter discs are specially designed for ultra-thin and fine extrusion processes across various industrial fields. They can be manufactured from woven wire mesh, sintered fiber web, or sintered wire cloth sheets. Among them, woven wire mesh filter discs are the most widely used type.

Micro filter discs are available in single-layer and multi-layer structures, with or without frames. Multi-layer versions can be customized with spot-welded construction.
