SPL & DPL Filter Element

SPL & DPL filter elements（extruder screen） are double-cylinder filters for high-viscosity melt filtration.

They are made of stainless steel sintered felt and sintered mesh. The elements efficiently remove hard contaminants and agglomerates.

SPL & DPL elements are reusable and cleanable for repeated use, featuring cost savings and eco-friendliness.

They apply to filter press oil filtration, marine and diesel engine lube systems, and chemical fiber spinning nozzle filtration for synthetic and man-made fibers.

The elements effectively filter solid particles and impurities to protect normal equipment operation. In textile and chemical fiber production, they also improve product quality and avoid defects caused by impurities.
