What are screen packs?

Multilayer extruder screen pack is composed of multiple filter screens with different mesh specifications, which are firmly integrated into one piece through professional welding technology. Inside the screen pack, the finest mesh screen is arranged right at the central position, while screens with gradually larger mesh openings are sequentially layered toward the outer sides.

The entire combination of filter screens adopts a symmetrical structural design. This reasonable layout effectively avoids accidental reverse installation during operation and replacement, greatly improving on-site assembly convenience and working efficiency. Our screen packs are widely applicable to extrusion processing scenarios of various plastics, polymers and chemical fibers. They can efficiently filter out tiny solid particles and impurities in the molten material, stabilize extrusion quality, and significantly improve the uniformity and mixing effect of final products.
